Return Policy

PurePerfumes.com primary goal is your satisfaction, We strive to provide you with the most effective products and a superior overall experience. If for any reason, you are not satisfied, we will gladly refund or replace any defective item and most non-defective items. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 15% of the order. You may return products within 30 days of receipt of your order:

  • Products are in their unopened & original packaging
  • Products are not used or disassembled
  • Products are not damaged

Once we have received your return, we will conduct an inspection and verified that your return meets the above guidelines. All applicable sales taxes will be refunded. The cost of shipping will be credited only if the return is a result of our mistake. Items incorrectly shipped to PurePerfumes.com Warehouse will not be returned. Items not purchased from PurePerfumes.com Warehouse will not be accepted.

We do not accept returns for cosmetics and skincare items due to health reasons, please make your selections carefully

All returned products must be received within 30 days of the order’s original shipping date located in the purchase receipt.

We cannot process or refund packages marked "Return to Sender."

  • Please clearly mark all packages with the RMA number. Packages without an RMA number will not be processed.
  • Refunds can only be issued to the same credit card to which they were charged.
  • Customer is responsible for return Shipping & Handling
  • Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed, returned and refused packages, unless we made an error. If shipping was free for your order it will be deducted from the credit we apply to your credit card. 
  • We do not accept returns for cosmetics and skincare items due to health reasons, please make your selections carefully

To request for return ticket please login and go to your order details page and click the Registration of the return link. After generating return ticket we will give you the return mailing address and instructions, please do not mail back until you receive the detailed instruction from us. We will not accept returns sent to wrong address.


Refunds
We will issue a full refund for returned products if your return meets all the above requirements. The cost of return shipping will be credited only in those instances where the mistake was made by us.

Damaged Products
If your order or part of your order has been damaged in shipment, please contact us immediately (via email or contact page) so that we can notify the carrier and file a damage claim to resolve the issue right away.

Cancellation
To provide our customers with the best shopping experience, our systems are automated and therefore orders cannot be cancelled after they are placed and status are set to PROCESSED or SHIPPED, order with these status will have to be treated as a Return with all applicable fees.
