Payment Options

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Paypal, and Google checkout.

We also accept payments by mail including personal checks, company checks, and money orders. If you are placing an order and prefer to mail a payment, please choose the "Mail in check or money order" option at checkout. Instructions for mailing your payment will be provided after your order is submitted. You will also receive an order number to include with your payment. Your order will be processed as soon as we received and processed your payment.

Ship To Address different from Billing Address

Due to credit card fraud some orders will be subject to only being shipped to an authorized Alternate Shipping Address on file or the credit card’s Billing Addresses.

If you provided a shipping address which differs from your credit card's billing address (ex. work address) you'll need to contact your credit card company to add the Alternate Shipping Address to your credit card account. This is not changing the billing address but adding another authorized shipping address.

If the Alternate Shipping Address is not on file, simply call your credit card company using the toll free number at the back of your credit card and ask them to add this Alternate Shipping Address.

Once the new address is added (or Alternate Shipping Address is already on file), place your order and include a brief note with the bank toll free number (found at the back of your card) in the customer notes area.

Failure to follow this policy will most likely delay your order. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not pass our internal fraud review.

Shipping & Handling

Shipping charges will vary depending upon the quantity and weight of your order. To calculate shipping & handling fee please add your desired item(s) on cart. On the view cart page (first page of the checkout process) enter your country, state and zip code then click Get rates.

Most U.S. orders arrive within 4-7 business days depending upon your location. All U.S. orders will be sent via USPS or the most economical service available(UPS, FedEx, etc.). 

Sales Tax

State laws require that we charge applicable sales tax on orders shipped to addresses in the state of California. All orders outside of California will not be charged with tax.
